Despite the comfort of the bed, my room reeked of stale cigarette smoke was good. The bedding felt thin and inadequate, leaving me chilly without a quilt. Oddly, I also heard a lot of noise from the room above, which interrupted my relaxation.

The location was magnificent - a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Distance to the airport was just 0.5 km. The staff were amicable and accommodating and knew their area. We liked the room with a bunch of yahoos smoking pot, the bed was comfortable.

The Knights Inn was surprisingly spacious and offered a comfortable stay. The queen room featured a mini fridge and microwave, made snacking easy, and the complimentary breakfast was sufficient with basic options. Plus, the nearby shopping locations were a nice touch for some quick errands.
Musty smell.

This hotel may be old enough to vote, but it's very clean and well kept. It's comfortable and has great beds. The area is busy during the day but peaceful after dark. The rate is affordable so Knights Inn delivers good value for money, and I'll certainly stay here again.

It was a good place for the price ..the hot tub was not working ..so we offered a voucher for the local recreation center which we were not impressed ......would have been nice to know at checkin that it was not working .. ..was one of the reasons we booked the hotel .....staff was friendly . room was clean .. the continental breakfast was ok ...muffins ,bread for toast and juice or coffee .
That we didnt know the hot tub was not working at time of checkin ..the back door on the first floor wasnt secure ...broken door closure ...which means anyone can enter the hall from the rear of the building .

Wonderful hotel with functional rooms and amazing view of the town. A wide range of goodies for breakfast. Easy central location, just next door to a basketball tournament, Kamloops on a way home to Vancouver and university and shopping areas. Also, to downtown from. Very good stay, as always.

Here's what worked, and what didn't
The room was impressively clean and recently renovated! Plus, I enjoyed a surprisingly good view of the city from my second-floor window!
The staff remained quite unwelcoming, almost indifferent! And the breakfast choices felt a bit sparse like they needed more variety.

The desk staff were very friendly and the location was perfect for us. Price was good and the bed very comfortable. Also a non-smoking room but there was a faint smoke odor in the bedspread.
The bathroom...ceiling was peeling, some mold around the tub/tile area. Tub was chipped. The floor appeared clean but when you walked on it with barefeet..black sooty stuff cam off on your feet. We stayed in room 115.

Helpful, friendly staff, cheap rate. Nice design, wide hallways. Big room with kitchenet.
Very run down, dirty carpets, sheets on one bed were stained and looked like they were not changed. Otherwise the room was clean. Considering the price it was O.K.
